Providing nutritious, visually pleasing, savory meals for others to enjoy gives me endless pleasure. My commitment to growing and providing the freshest possible local and seasonal produce has continued throughout my life, providing food for my family, for gardening clients, and in various community gardens. I have continued my father's interest in composting, most recently inspiring a grant for composting using fish by-products for a community garden in South Carolina that grows food for the hungry. Sweetgrass Garden has been a very successful project, and I am proud to have contributed to it.
I like to offer a wide range of entrees for you to choose from and am open to using some of your own (family) recipes. You will find me easy to work with. I am flexible and accommodating. My clients enjoy and appreciate my cooking.
